2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué
El único formulario de este sitio es la lista de espera. Al apuntarte tratamos:
- Email e idioma elegido — para avisarte de la apertura de la escuela y de novedades directamente relacionadas.
- Fecha de alta y un identificador técnico abreviado (resumen criptográfico truncado de la dirección IP) — exclusivamente para prevenir abuso del formulario (envíos masivos automatizados).
No usamos tus datos para publicidad de terceros, no elaboramos perfiles y no tomamos decisiones automatizadas.
3. Base legal
Tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que prestas al enviar el formulario y puedes retirar en cualquier momento. El control antiabuso se apoya en el interés legítimo de mantener el servicio (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
4. Conservación
Conservamos tu email hasta que la escuela abra y te enviemos el aviso (más un máximo de 6 meses), o hasta que retires el consentimiento, lo que ocurra antes. Los registros antiabuso se eliminan periódicamente.
5. Destinatarios
No cedemos tus datos a terceros ni realizamos transferencias internacionales. Los datos se almacenan en un servidor gestionado por el responsable.
6. Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a info@flyingcampus.com. Si consideras que el tratamiento no es conforme, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
7. Menores de edad
El formulario no está dirigido a menores de 14 años. Si detectamos el alta de un menor de esa edad sin autorización de sus tutores, la eliminaremos.
8. Pagos
Cuando el proceso de inscripción y pago esté activo, los datos de pago los procesará directamente el proveedor de pagos (Stripe) bajo sus propias condiciones y cifrado: nunca almacenamos números de tarjeta en nuestros servidores.
9. Seguridad
El sitio se sirve íntegramente por HTTPS y los datos del formulario se guardan fuera del directorio público del servidor, con acceso restringido.
Documento provisional. Se actualizará con la denominación social definitiva y la marca registrada en cuanto se completen su constitución y registro. Los marcadores {{RAZON_SOCIAL}} y FlyingCampus se sustituirán entonces.

2. What data we process and why
The only form on this site is the waitlist. When you join we process:
- Email and chosen language — to notify you of the school's launch and directly related news.
- Sign-up date and a shortened technical identifier (truncated cryptographic digest of the IP address) — solely to prevent abuse of the form (automated bulk submissions).
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, we do not build profiles and we make no automated decisions.
3. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form and withdrawable at any time. Anti-abuse controls rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep your email until the school opens and the launch notice is sent (plus a maximum of 6 months), or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Anti-abuse records are purged periodically.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties and make no international transfers. Data is stored on a server managed by the controller.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@flyingcampus.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Minors
The form is not aimed at children under 14. If we detect a sign-up by a child under that age without guardian authorisation, we will delete it.
8. Payments
Once enrolment and payment are active, payment data will be processed directly by the payment provider (Stripe) under its own terms and encryption: we never store card numbers on our servers.
9. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form data is stored outside the server's public directory with restricted access.
Provisional document. It will be updated with the final company name and registered trademark once incorporation and registration are complete. The {{RAZON_SOCIAL}} and FlyingCampus placeholders will be replaced at that point.
